August 6, 2019, New Orleans, LA – Louisiana Appleseed will host the 11th Annual Good Apple Gala at the NOPSI Hotel on Thursday, January 23, 2020. Co-chairing the event are Adrienne May from Adams & Reese, LLC and Micah Fincher from Jones Walker. Both young associates bring with them ample experience in creating social justice events.
“For over a decade, Louisiana Appleseed has spearheaded vital reform initiatives that have provided practical and lasting solutions to social and economic injustices throughout the state. It is my sincere pleasure to co-chair the 2020 Gala with Micah Fincher and celebrate those who have transformed entire communities and tackled challenging social problems at their root causes," said Adrienne May.
Good Apple Gala Co-Chairs are tasked with the duty of crafting a celebratory event for Appleseed's volunteers and partners. The cocktail reception event allows patrons the opportunity to celebrate the strides they make in creating access to justice, opportunity, and education. It also serves as Louisiana Appleseed's largest fundraising event.

Louisiana Appleseed is a statewide nonprofit based in New Orleans, Louisiana that focuses on policy-level solutions by recruiting attorneys to provide free services through a research-oriented approach to policy change. Louisiana Appleseed’s mission is rooted in three pillars dedicated to increasing Access to: Justice, Opportunity, and Education.
