Louisiana Appleseed to Attend Launch of Fathers On A Mission New Satellite Office

Friday, January 12, 2024 [NEW ORLEANS, LA]Louisiana Appleseed will attend the launch of Fathers On A Mission’s new satellite office, located at 3255 Choctaw Drive, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The event will start at 1 pm on Saturday, January 20, 2024.  FOAM is inviting the community and stakeholders to join them in this effort to bring resources to one of many underserved areas in our city.


“This is a great opportunity for Appleseed to build grassroots relationships,” said Adrienne Wheeler, Executive Director of Louisiana Appleseed. “Appleseed is thrilled about FOAM’s expansion, and we are grateful for the opportunity to connect.” 


Fathers On A Mission (FOAM) is a Baton Rouge-based nonprofit organization dedicated to promoting a community of fathers through education, relationship building, job training, and holistic health. FOAM is a Huey and Angelina Wilson Foundation Empower Grantee, alongside Louisiana Appleseed, and a partner with the Department of Children and Family Services.
